摘 要:香港的职业教育体系成熟完善、独具特色,尤其是教育与培训互通的顶层资历架构和需求导向的多元化人才培养模式,对内地打造互通共融的职工教育体系和探索产教融合的技能人才培养模式极具参考价值。内地职工教育可在此基础上,围绕课程体系、师资队伍和实训形式展开创新探索,以职工职业发展为定位,以职业能力建设为核心,充分发挥工会"大学校"作用,大力开展高素质技能人才队伍建设,从而激励广大职工以创新精神在转型发展中发挥主力军作用。Hong Kong's vocational education system is mature and unique.Its multi-talent training mode which has a top-level qualification architecture that combines education and training and is demand-oriented has great value in creating interconnected staff education system as well as exploring skills training model integrating industry and education of China mainland.Based on the above,staff education of China's Mainland can carry out innovative explorations centering around the curriculum system,teaching staff and practical training mode.With the orientation of vocational development of employees and the core of vocational ability construction,the trade union should play an important role in developing skilled workers with high quality which will stimulate the talent team to play a leading role in the transformation and development of China.
