摘　　要：2017年特朗普上台后,美国政府在“美国优先”施政纲领下,逐步实施去全球化和贸易保护主义政策,与世界各国的贸易纠纷日益增多。文章分析了全球贸易保护主义的最新表现和特点及全球贸易保护主义盛行的原因,指出尽管目前中美经贸摩擦缓解,达成协议概率上升,但随着我国金融市场与国际融合程度逐渐加深,全球贸易保护主义和贸易摩擦频发对中国金融稳定的影响不容忽视。After Trump came to power in 2017, the US government has gradually turned to de-globalization and trade protectionism under the "America First" policy, and the trade disputes between the US and other countries around the world have since been on the rise. This paper analyzes the forms and characteristics of the latest global trade protectionism and the causes of the rising of global trade protectionism. It points out that despite the easing of current China-US trade friction and the enhanced probability of a consensus to be reached, as China's financial markets increasingly integrating into the international markets, the impact on China's financial stability of global trade protectionism and frequent trade frictions cannot be ignored.
