滋阴养血退翳方治疗复发性丝状角膜炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价滋阴养血退翳方治疗复发性丝状角膜炎的临床疗效。方法收集复发性丝状角膜炎证属阴虚夹风者60例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例。刮除丝状物后对照组给予人工泪液点患眼,治疗组给予人工泪液点患眼联合自拟滋阴养血退翳方中药口服,治疗1个月后比较2组患者的治疗有效率。治疗1个月后2组均仅予人工泪液,随访3个月观察疾病复发情况并记录不良事件。结果治疗1个月后治疗组治愈率86.7%,总有效率100.0%;对照组治愈率46.7%,总有效率83.3%。治疗组治愈率及总有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访3个月治疗组治愈患者无复发(复发率0.0%),对照组复发6例(复发率42.9%)。治疗组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访期间2组均未发现不良事件。结论滋阴养血退翳方治疗复发性丝状角膜有临床疗效,可改善愈后,防止复发,无明显毒副作用。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the clinical effect of Ziyin Yangxue Tuiyi(nourishing Yin and blood and removing nebula) decoction in treatment of recurrent filamentary keratitis(RFK). METHODS A total of 60 patients diagnosed with Yinxu Jiafeng type(yin deficiency with wind) of RFK were randomly divided into control and treatment group. After remove of filaments,the 30 patients of control group were treated with artificial tears 6 times a day, and the 30 patients of treatment group were administered artificial tears plus oral decoction of Ziyin Yangxue Tuiyi formula. The two groups were followed up for 1 month to compare clinical efficacy, and then were continually given artificial tears and followed up for 3 months for result of recurrence rate. And adverse effects were observed during the follow-up. RESULTS After 1 month, the cure rate of the treatment group was 86.7%, which was better than the result of the control group(46.7%). And the effective rate of the treatment group was 100%, which was better than the result of the control group(83.3%). After 3 months, no recurrence was observed in the treatment group, while 6 cases of recurrence(42.9%) was observed in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). And adverse effects were not observed during the follow-up. CONCLUSIONS The Ziyin Yangxue Tuiyi decoction had favorable effect in treatment of RFK in that it promoted the prognosis while inhibited the recurrence in addition to hardly any adverse effects. Thus, it provided a new choice for patients suffered from this prolonged and tricky condition.
