微种植体支抗压低伸长磨牙辅助修复治疗的临床体会

摘　　要：目的探讨应用微种植体支抗压低伸长磨牙以开拓龈颌距离辅助进行修复治疗的临床效果。方法观察2012年1月～2016年06月就诊的9例磨牙伸长患者,伸长磨牙的对缺失牙没有足够的修复间隙,其中上颌伸长7例,下颌伸长2例,共12颗伸长磨牙,在该磨牙的颊舌侧均植入微种植体支抗钉,应用橡皮链圈对牵引支抗钉与磨牙带环上牵引钩进行牵引加力,随访观察压低效果。结果经过3～9个月,9例患者12颗伸长磨牙均得到有效压低,对缺失牙获得足够修复空间,修复治疗后恢复功能,随后拆除压低装置,压低治疗结束后1、3、6个月后来院复查,后牙咬合关系紧密,咀嚼功能恢复,压低效果确切。结论应用微种植体支抗技术压低因对颌牙长期缺失而伸长的磨牙,以开拓龈颌距离辅助修复治疗,效果满意。Objective To investigate the effects of micro-implant anchorage(MIA) on distal-extension partially edentulous patients with decreased occlusal-gingival distance.Methods Nine patients with overerupted molars were treated with MIA.MIA was implanted into the alveolar bone of the overerupted molars, and then anchored with molars immediately.After enough occlusal-gingival distance has been achieved,implant was implanted to the alveolar of the missing teeth for subsequent prosthesis.Results All overerupted molars were effectively depressed,implants were implanted successfully.The average period of the treatment was 3-9 months.Conclusion MIA is effective measures to correct small occlusal-gingival distance cases.
