摘　　要：实训基地是高等技能型人才培养的重要保障,"中国制造2025"为我国工业发展及人才培养提出了新的要求与方向,高职院校建立适应于制造业智能化发展趋势的实训基地,是培养具有网络化、信息化技术复合型制造业人才亟待解决的一环。基于常州信息职业技术学院在信息、机电一体化控制领域的优势,建立本地化与云端相结合的智能实训基地并探讨其运营与管理模式,对培养符合智能制造需求的人才具有重要意义。The training base is an important guarantee for the cultivation of high-skilled talents."Made in China 2025"plan puts forward new requirements and directions for China's industrial development and talent cultivation.The training base is a part of cultivating talents with networked and information technology composite manufacturing.Based on the advantages of Changzhou Colleges of Information Technology in the field of information and mechatronics control,establishing an intelligent training base combining localization and cloud and discussing its operation and management mode is of great significance for cultivating talents that meet the requirements of intelligent manufacturing.
