摘　　要：结合现代最新解剖学基础和力学分析探讨第三腰椎横突综合征产生疼痛的原因机理,同时结合临床经验提出了简单有效可行的治疗方法。This paper explores the mechanism of pain in the third lumbar transverse process syndrome by the latest modern anatomy base and basic mechanics analysis;at the same time, combined with clinical experiences,a simple and effective therapy is proposed,so as to provide a reference for readers.
