摘　　要：运用文献资料法和实地调查法等对法国青少年足球训练理念进行剖析。研究发现:法国青少年足球训练理念主要包含文化学习与足球训练并举,以实战要求为导向,面向未来发展提高要求,注重借鉴经典教育理论指导训练,其理念以规范、合理、完备的足球文化教育体系为基础。对我国校园足球发展的启示:文化教育与足球训练并举,打好构建足球理念的文化基础;借鉴法国足球训练教学方法论,提高足球人口竞技能力;学习法国足球师资普及与提高的成功经验,逐步提高师资队伍质量。This research uses the literature reviews and the field investigation to analyze the French teenager football philosophy. This study found that: The philosophy of French teenager football training mainly include joint development of cultural learning and football training;It is guided by the requirements of actual football game’s demands and facing the requirements of future development. The philosophy of French teenager football training has always paid attention to the guidance and training of classical education theory, and its philosophy is based on standardized, reasonable and completed football culture education system. The inspirations of French teenager football philosophy on the development of campus football in China as follows: Cultural education and football training need to develop together as Chinese campus football needs to lay a good foundation for football philosophy;Chinese campus football needs to learn from the French football teaching methodology to improve the competitive ability of football population;Chinese campus football needs to learn the successful experience of popularization and improvement of French football teachers and coaches, and gradually improve the quality of the football teachers and coaches in China.
