摘 要:水基钻井液中常加入大量的表面水化抑制剂,却未能有效提高井壁稳定性,造成钻井成本高、回收处理难、环境污染大等问题。因而提出小分子表面水化抑制剂能否有效进入地层这一问题。以抑制效果佳且分子量最低的表面水化抑制剂己二胺为研究对象,采用柱前衍生液相色谱法及线性膨胀实验研究了不同类型泥饼对己二胺的阻挡作用以及滤液的抑制性变化。结果表明,泥饼对抑制剂的阻挡作用不可忽略,45%数90%己二胺不能有效进入地层,己二胺钻井液滤液对岩心水化膨胀的抑制性明显降低,泥饼对抑制剂存在吸附与束缚作用,诠释了现场加入过量抑制剂而不能有效提高井壁稳定性这一问题。A large number of surface hydration inhibitors were often added into water-based drilling fluid,which could not effectively improve the wellbore stability,resulting in high drilling cost,difficult recovery and treatment,and great environmental pollution and so on. Therefore,this paper doubted whether small molecules could effectively enter the formation. Taking hexanediamine,a surface hydration inhibitor with the best inhibition effect and the lowest molecular weight,as the research object, the blocking effects of different mud cakes on the infiltration of hexanediamine into the formation and the inhibition changing of filtrate were studied experimentally by the precolumn derivatization of liquid chromatography and linear expansion experiment. The results showed that the blocking effect of mud cake on inhibitor could not be negligible and 45%-90% hexanediamine could not effectively enter the formation. The inhibition of the filtrate of hexanediamine drilling fluid on the core hydration expansion was reduced obviously. There were adsorption and binding actions between inhibitors and mud cakes,which illustrated the reason why the excessive inhibitor could not effectively improve the stability of wellbore.
