绒毛膜癌患者的红细胞分布宽度及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨绒毛膜癌患者的红细胞分布宽度(RDW)及其临床意义。方法将37例绒毛膜癌患者作为观察组,50例正常志愿者作为对照组。比较两组的血常规指标水平以及不同分期绒毛膜癌患者的RDW水平,并分析绒毛膜癌患者RDW与其他血液参数和临床分期的相关性。结果观察组的血红蛋白水平、平均红细胞体积、淋巴细胞计数均低于对照组(均P <0. 05),而血小板分布宽度和RDW均高于对照组(均P <0. 05)。Ⅰ期+Ⅱ期绒毛膜癌患者的RDW低于Ⅲ期+Ⅳ期患者(P <0. 05)。绒毛膜癌患者RDW与血红蛋白水平、平均红细胞体积呈负相关(均P <0. 05),而与血小板计数、绒毛膜癌临床分期呈正相关(均P <0. 05)。结论绒毛膜癌患者的RDW升高,或可作为早期筛查绒毛膜癌及评估分期的潜在指标。Objective To investigate the level of red blood cell distribution width( RDW) and its clinical significance in patients with choriocarcinoma. Methods Thirty-seven patients with choriocarcinoma were enrolled as observation group,and another 50 healthy volunteers as control group. Blood routine indicators levels were compared between the two groups,and RDW levels were compared between choriocarcinoma patients of different stages,moreover,the correlation of RDW level with other blood parameters or clinical stages was analyzed in patients with choriocarcinoma.Results In the observation group,hemoglobin level,mean volume of red blood cell,and lymphocyte count were lower,whereas platelet distribution width and RDW were higher than those in the control group( all P < 0. 05).Patients with stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ choriocarcinoma had a lower RDW compared with patients with stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ( P < 0. 05).For patients with choriocarcinoma,RDW negatively correlated with hemoglobin level and mean volume of red blood cell( all P < 0. 05),but positively correlated with platelet count and clinical stage of choriocarcinoma( all P < 0. 05).Conclusion Elevated RDW is observed in patients with choriocarcinoma,which might serve as a potential indicator for early screening and staging assessment of choriocarcinoma.
