摘　　要：目的探讨阑尾黏液性肿瘤(AMT)的超声表现特征。方法回顾性分析23例AMT患者的超声检查结果,总结不同病变AMT患者的超声图像特征。结果阑尾黏液性囊腺瘤12例中,超声确诊5例,诊断符合率为42%;阑尾低级别黏液性肿瘤(LAMN) 6例中,3例合并腹膜假性黏液瘤(PMP),6例患者术前超声均未明确诊断(其中5例误诊,1例仅提示肠套叠);阑尾黏液腺癌(AMAC) 5例中,1例合并PMP,超声确诊2例,诊断符合率为40%,误诊2例,1例未定性诊断。结论 AMT患者超声表现具有一定特异性,其中LAMN和AMAC超声表现多样,常合并PMP,掌握不同类型肿瘤的超声图像特征有助于提高其超声诊断符合率。Objective To investigate the ultrasonographic manifestation characteristics of appendiceal mucinous tumour( AMT). Methods The ultrasonographic findings of 23 patients with AMT were analyzed retrospectively,then the ultrasonographic image characteristics of AMT patients with various severities were summarized. Results Five out of 12 cases of appendiceal mucinous adenoma were identified by ultrasonography,with a diagnostic coincidence rate of 42%. Three cases complicated with pseudomyxoma peritonei( PMP) were observe among six cases of low-grade appendiceal mucinous neoplasm( LAMN);there were five misdiagnosed cases and one of intussusception among six patients without preoperative specific diagnosis identified by ultrasonography. Five cases of appendiceal mucinous adenocarcinoma( AMAC) included one complicated with PMP,two cases were identified by ultrasonography,with a diagnostic coincidence rate of 40%,two misdiagnosed cases and one without specific diagnosis were noted. Conclusion AMT patients have specific ultrasonographic manifestations,showing a variety of diversity in LAMN and AMAC which are commonly complicated with PMP. Understanding ultrasonographic image characteristics might be conductive to improving the diagnostic coincidence rate of ultrasonography.
