摘　　要：本文详细介绍了目前水墨印刷工艺的瓶颈问题及解决思路,包括耐印率、浅网印刷转移效果、堵版、印刷几小时后颜色变浅及干燥问题,同时指出了水墨印刷产品在后序复合时应该注意的工艺控制点。This paper introduces the bottlenecks and solutions of the current water-based ink printing process,including the printing durability, shallow mesh printing transfer effect, blocking, lightening and drying problems after printing for a few hours,and pointing out that process control points of the waterbased ink printing products in the later compositing stage should be noted.
