肾炎四味片联合阿魏酸哌嗪治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨肾炎四味片联合阿魏酸哌嗪治疗慢性肾小球肾炎患者的安全性与有效性。方法选取2015年4月—2017年4月于郑州市第一人民医院治疗的慢性肾小球肾炎患者136例,随机分成对照组(67例)和治疗组(69例)。对照组患者口服阿魏酸哌嗪片,3片/次,3次/d,治疗组患者在对照组基础上口服肾炎四味片,8片/次,3次/d;两组患者均连续治疗1月。观察两组患者临床疗效,同时比较治疗前后两组患者血清炎症因子和肾功能指标水平。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组临床有效率分别为80.60%和95.65%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均显著降低(P<0.05),而血清IL-2水平显著升高(P<0.05),且治疗组IL-6、TNF-α和IL-2水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者24 h尿蛋白、血清胱抑素C、血肌酐水平均显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组这些肾功能指标水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肾炎四味片联合阿魏酸哌嗪治疗慢性肾小球肾炎临床有效率高,可减轻患者体内炎症水平,恢复肾功能的损伤,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of Shenyan Siwei Tablets combined with piperazine ferulate in treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods Patients(136 cases) with chronic glomerulonephritis in the Medical Group of Zhengzhou First People’s Hospital from April 2015 to April 2017 were randomly divided into control(67 cases) and treatment(69 cases) groups.Patients in the control group were po administered with Piperazine Ferulate Tablets, 3 tablets/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Shenyan Siwei Tablets on the basis of the control group, 8 tablets/time, three times daily.Patients in two groups were treated for 1 month. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the serum inflammatory factors levels, the renal function markers levels in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control and treatment groups was 80.60% and 95.65% respectively, and there were differences between two groups(P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum IL-6 and TNF-α levels in two groups were significantly decreased(P < 0.05), but serum IL-2 levels were significantly increased(P < 0.05), and the IL-6, TNF-α and IL-2 levels in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P < 0.05). After treatment, the 24 h urinary protein, serum cystatin C and creatinine levels in two groups were significantly decreased(P < 0.05), and these renal function markers in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Shenyan Siwei Tablets combined with piperazine ferulate has significant effect in treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis, can reduce the level of inflammation and restore the renal function, which has a certain clinical application value.
