摘 要:南盘江特大桥是云桂铁路的重点桥梁,根据桥址处V形峡谷的地形特点,采用上承式拱桥方案显然是最佳的选择。设计研究了混凝土整体箱拱、混凝土双肋箱拱、钢桁拱和钢管混凝土拱四个方案,并进行同精度设计比选。钢桁拱方案桥梁整体刚度偏弱,造价偏高;钢管混凝土拱方案焊接质量和接头疲劳问题较难解决;混凝土拱桥方案刚度大,造价低,从技术稳妥性、施工便利性考虑,最终选择了单箱三室的整体拱圈方案。本桥的方案研究成果对山区超大跨度拱桥设计具有一定的参考意义。Nanpan River Grand Bridge is a key project of the railway from Yunnan to Guangxi. According to the topography characteristic of V-shaped canyon, deck arch bridge is clearly the best choice. The four schemes, including concrete box arch, twin-rib arch, steel truss arch and concrete filled steel tubular arch, are designed and compared. Due to the weak stiffness and high cost, steel truss arch is not the best scheme. Concrete filled steel tubular arch' disadvantage is the quality of welding and the fatigue. Concrete arch bridge has high stiffness and cheaper cost than two former. In light of the technology and construction convenience, the arch bridge with single-box and three-nx)m section is finally selected. The research of Nanpan River Grand Bridge has a good reference significance for the design of super-span arch bridges in mountainous areas.
