摘　　要：目的探讨Rab25、Claudin-5和Claudin-7在结直肠癌组织和癌旁正常组织中的表达差异及临床意义。方法免疫组化SABC法分别检测53例结直肠癌患者肿瘤组织和癌旁正常组织中Rab25、Claudin-5和Claudin-7蛋白的表达水平,并将各因子的表达情况与患者的临床资料进行相关性分析,进而比较各因子之间表达水平的相关性。结果结直肠癌肿瘤组织中Rab25、Claudin-5、Claudin-7的表达水平均显著低于癌旁正常组织(P<0.05)。Rab25低表达与结直肠癌分化程度和淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05); Claudin-5表达与年龄和淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05); Claudin-7表达与分化程度、浸润深度和淋巴转移有关(P<0.05)。Rab25与Claudin-5、Claudin-5与Claudin-7之间在结直肠癌的表达存在相关性(P<0.05)。结论 Rab25、Claudin-5、Claudin-7的低表达可能促进结直肠癌的发生,且其低表达与结直肠癌进展存在一定相关,Rab25与Claudin-5之间、Claudin-5与Claudin-7之间也存在相关。Objective To investigate the difference of the expression of Rab25, Claudin-5 and Claudin-7 in colorectal cancer and adjacent normal tissues, and explore their clinical significances.Methods The expression of Rab25, Claudin-5 and Claudin-7 were detected by immunohistochemical methods (strept avidin-biotin complex, SABC) in 53 cases of human colorectal cancer and adjacent normal tissues.The relationships of the expression of Rab25, Claudin-5 and Claudin-7 expression with clinicopathological parameters was evaluated, as well as the correlations among the three factors.Results The positive rates of Rab25,Claudin-5 and Claudin-7 expression in colorectal cancer were lower than those in adjacent normal tissues (both P <0.05).Data showed that lower Rab25 expression was associated with the differentiated degree and lymphatic metastasis ( P <0.05).Claudin-5 expression was associated with age and lymphatic metastasis.Claudin-7 expression was associated with the differentiated degree, depth of invasion and lymphatic metastasis.There was a correlation between Rab25 and Claudin-5 expression ( P <0.05), and Claudin-5 and Claudin-7 expression ( P <0.05) in colorectal cancer.Conclusion Lower expression of Rab25, Claudin-5 and Claudin-7 may be involved in the carcinogenesis of colorectal cancer. Rab25, Claudin-5, and Claudin-7 expression were associated with colorectal cancer progress, and there were correlations between Rab25 and Claudin-5, and between Claudin-5 and Claudin-7.
