摘  要:为了探讨头孢喹肟(CEF)对牦牛瘤胃微生态的影响,试验将牦牛分为处理组和对照组,处理组静脉注射CEF 1 mg/kg(按体重),对照组未做抗生素处理。采集各组瘤胃液,通过生物信息学分析软件考查CEF对瘤胃菌群多样性及碳水化合物酶类(CAZy)功能的影响。结果表明:CEF可降低拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)丰度,在属水平上CEF对普雷沃氏菌属(Prevotella)和拟杆菌属(Bacteroides)具有抑制作用;CEF对CAZy中糖苷水解酶(GH)、糖基转移酶(GT)、碳水化合物结合模块(CBM)等9类功能酶均产生影响,干扰碳水化合物代谢;牦牛瘤胃微生物中降解植物纤维素主要的CAZy是GH和GT家族。说明CEF可改变瘤胃细菌多样性,影响CAZy功能,使瘤胃微生态失衡。In order to investigate the effect of cefquinome (CEF) on the rumen microecology of yak, this experiment was designed by the treatment group ( CEF) and the control group ( C). The treatment group received intravenous injection of CEF 1 mg/kg ( by body weight), and the control group was not treated with antibiotics. The bioinformatics softwares were used to analyze diversity of rumen bacteria and CAZy function. The result was shown that CEF reduced the abundance of Bacteroides. At the genus level, CEF had an inhibitory effect on Prevotella and Bacteroides. The CEF affected nine functional enzymes such as Glycoside Hydrolases ( GH), Glycosyl Transferases ( GT) and Carbohydrate-Binding Modules ( CBM) and so on in carbohydrate enzymes ( CAZy), and interfered with carbohydrate metabolism. The main carbohydrate enzymes that degrade plant cellulose in rumen microbes were two families as GH and GT. Conclusion: the CEF could change the rumen bacterial diversity ,and affect the function of carbohydrate enzymes ( CAZy), and lead to the rumen micro-ecological imbalance.
