木瓜煤矿无轨胶轮车的制动器改进设计及应用

摘　　要：针对木瓜矿多功能湿式制动器制动效果差、维修困难、摩擦片常常因为磨损严重失效等问题,分别对制动器的双路制动阀、溢流阀、液压泵三个关键元件进行了选型、改进设计,并把改进优化后的制动器运用到了本矿的无轨胶轮车上。实践表明,改进后的制动器,急刹车和驻车的制动效果好,使用简单,运行稳定,改善了本矿无轨胶轮车以前使用的制动器缺陷。In view of the problems of poor braking effect, difficult maintenance and serious wear failure of multi-function wet brake in papaya mine, three key components of brake, namely, double-way brake valve, relief valve and hydraulic pump, are selected, respectively, and the three key components of the brake are selected, such as two-way brake valve, relief valve, hydraulic pump, and so on. The design was improved and the optimized brake was applied to the trackless rubber wheel car in this mine. The practice shows that the improved brake, quick brake and parking brake have good braking effect, simple operation and stable operation, and improve the brake defect before used in the trackless rubber wheel car of our mine.
