摘　　要：国际本科学术互认课程(ISEC)项目引用西方教育理念,旨在培养具有国际化视野的双语专业人才。在食品标准与法规课程中应用ISEC教学模式,将ISEC的教学理念、教学方法、考核方式等应用于食品标准与法规课程教学中,分析了目前该课程教学中存在的问题,并提出了解决措施,以期提高该课程整体的教学效果。ISEC program used western educational conceptsand aimed to cultivate bilingual professionals with the international perspective. This paper applied ISEC teaching model in the course of food standards and regulations,applied the teaching concept,teaching methods,assessment methods of ISEC in the teaching of food standards and regulations course,analyzed the existing problems in the current teaching of this course,and proposed some solving measures,so as to improve the overall teaching effect of this course.
