摘  要:为研究道路收费路网的流量在出发时刻和出行路径上的逐日演化规律,根据时间价值差异将出行者分为3类,以历史经验学习更新出行路径相关参数,将时间价值与路段收费统一为出行成本,引入前景理论描述出行者的出行行为.以准点到达概率最大为目标,建立出发时刻的流量转移模型;以追逐路径前景值最大为目标,建立各出发时刻流量在路径间的流量转移模型;最后通过算例对模型和算法进行验证.结果表明:处于收费路段与时段的流量较小,流量向其他路段及时段转移;异质出行者与同质出行者相比,总体流量演化表现为转移次数更多、转移幅度更平缓.In order to study the evolution of day-to-day traffic flow in toll road network at the departure time and the travel route, the travelers are divided into three categories according to the time value difference. Then, according to historical experiences, the parameters related to the travel route are updated, the time value is unified with the toll collection fee, and the prospect theory is introduced to describe the travel behavior of the traveler. Moreover, a model describing the traffic flow transfer at departure time is established based on the maximum probability of punctual arrival. The objective of this method is to chase the maximum path prospect value and establish the traffic flow transfer model between travel routes at each departure time. Finally, the proposed model and algorithm are validated by examples. The results show that, in toll road segments and time segments, the traffic flow is small and changes to other road segments and time segments;and that, as compared with homogeneous travelers, heterogeneous travelers tend to have more transitions and more moderate rates of overall traffic evolution.
