摘  要:目的探讨胞质多聚腺苷酸化成分结合蛋白1(CPEB1)与Bcl-xL蛋白在人脑胶质瘤中的表达及其与恶性程度和预后的关系。方法选取2008年5月—2014年12月收集的68例人脑胶质瘤组织和68例瘤旁正常组织,回顾性分析所有标本来源患者的临床及随访资料,观察2组CPEB1与Bcl-xL蛋白的表达情况,并分析影响预后的危险因素。结果脑胶质瘤组织CPEB1与Bcl-xL蛋白阳性表达率均高于瘤旁正常组织(P <0. 05)。CPEB1与Bcl-xL蛋白阳性表达患者3年总生存率均低于阴性表达者(P <0. 05)。肿瘤分级过高、分化程度过低、出现淋巴结转移、术前KPS评分过低、术后未进行放化疗及CPEB1和Bcl-xL蛋白阳性均为影响人脑胶质瘤患者预后的独立危险因素(P <0. 05)。结论 CPEB1与Bcl-xL蛋白在人脑胶质瘤患者其癌组织中均以高水平表达,且随着病情的加重其阳性表达率均上升,且过高表达均为影响人脑胶质瘤患者预后的独立危险因素,故临床可将其作为评估人脑胶质瘤患者病情及预后的有效指标。Objective To investigate expressions of cytoplasmic polyadenylation element-binding protein 1 (CPEB1) and Bcl-xl proteins in human cerebral glioma and its relationship with malignancy degree and prognosis. Methods A total of 68 cases of human cerebral glioma tissues and 68 cases of normal tissues adjacent to glioma during May 2008 and December 2014 were collected, and the clinical and follow-up data of patients that all samples had came from was retrospectively analyzed. Expressions of CPEB1 and Bcl-xL proteins were observed, and risk factors affecting prognosis were analyzed in two groups. Results Positive expression rates of CPEB1 and Bcl-xL proteins in cerebral glioma tissues were higher than those in normal tissues adjacent to glioma ( P <0.05). The 3-year overall survival rate of patients with positive expressions of CPEB1 and Bcl-xL proteins was lower than that of patients with negative expressions of CPEB1 and Bcl-xL proteins ( P <0.05). Excessively high grade, excessively low differentiation, lymph node metastasis, excessively low score for preoperative KPS, no postoperative radiotherapy/chemotherapy and positive expressions of CPEB1 and Bcl-xL proteins were all independent risk factors affecting prognosis of human cerebral glioma patients ( P <0.05). Conclusion CPEB1 and Bcl-xL proteins are highly expressed in human cerebral glioma tissues. As increasing severity of the disease, positive expression rate is increased, and excessively high expression is an independent risk factor affecting prognosis of patients with cerebral glioma, and therefore, it can be used as an effective indicator to evaluate condition and prognosis of patients with cerebral glioma.
