论《邓小平年谱(1975—1997)》的协商民主思想

摘　　要：《邓小平年谱(1975—1997)》涵盖了邓小平领导全党以及全国各族人民排除艰难险阻开创中国特色社会主义道路的壮阔历程,为社会各界人士了解研究邓小平理论提供了重要载体,是探究其协商民主思想的一个有效路径。该年谱蕴含的协商民主思想,大致包括如下三个方面的内容:一、人民政协是发扬社会主义民主和实行互相监督的重要形式;二、依托统一战线搞好政党协商对建设中国特色社会主义至关重要;三、协商民主要在发挥社会主义制度优越性的实践中做出积极贡献。这对中国特色社会主义新时代的协商民主建设,仍然大有裨益。The Chronicle of Deng Xiaoping (1975-1997) covers Deng Xiaoping’s magnificent course of leading the whole Party and the people of all nationalities to overcome difficulties and obstacles and open up the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It provides an important carrier for people from all walks of life to understand and study Deng Xiaoping’s theory and is an effective way to explore his consultative democracy thought. The consultative democracy thought contained in the chronicle roughly includes the following three aspects: first, the CPPCC is an important form of promoting socialist democracy and implementing mutual supervision;second, relying on the united front to do a good job in political party consultation is essential for building socialism in China;third, consultative democracy should make positive contributions to giving full play to the superiority of the socialist system. This is of great benefit to the construction of consultative democracy in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
