摘　　要：目的研究血清Hs-CRP、Hcy、D-D联合检测对脑梗死患者检测的临床意义。方法选取我院在2015年9月-2016年9月收治的脑梗死患者50例,并选取同期在我院进行体检的健康者50名,将这50名正常的研究对象作为对照组,50例脑梗死患者做为研究组进行研究分析。对比两组研究对象的血清Hs-CRP、Hcy、D-D的水平。结果对照组的血清Hs-CRP、Hcy、D-D的水平显著低于研究组,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清Hs-CRP、Hcy、D-D联合检测对脑梗死患者的检测具有极大的临床意义,值得在今后进一步的研究。Objective To study the clinical significance of combined detection of serum Hs-CRP, Hcy and D-D in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods Fifty patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from September 2015 to September 2016 were selected. Fifty healthy people who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected. Fifty normal subjects were taken as control group and fifty patients with cerebral infarction as study group. The levels of serum Hs-CRP, Hcy and D-D were compared between the two groups. Results The levels of serum Hs-CRP, Hcy and D-D in the control group were significantly lower than those in the study group (P<0.05). Conclusion The combined detection of serum Hs-CRP, Hcy and D-D has great clinical significance for the detection of cerebral infarction patients, which is worth further study in the future.
