摘 要:项目要通过若干具有关联关系的合同实施完成,在项目固有资源限制下,通过对众多合同进行优化组合,制定有效的合同优化策略,可使合同履约既能够充分利用项目资源,又能达到项目的最大收益。文章通过资源优化平衡的背包问题,构建建设项目合同优化选择模型,并结合贪婪算法对传统遗传算法进行改进,使用matlab程序仿真,得到最优合同组合方案。Projects are implemented through a number of contracts with associated relationship. Within the inherent resource constraints of the project, optimizing the mix of contracts and developing effective contract optimization strategies enable the performance of contracts, which helps make full use of project resources and achieve the maximum benefits of the project. This paper constructs the optimization selection model of the construction project contract through the knapsack problem of resource optimization balance, and improves the traditional genetic algorithm by combining the greedy algorithm. Finally the paper makes a matlab simulation to obtain the optimal contract combination scheme.
