摘 要:针对价格波动的面向订单企业原材料库存优化问题,文章考虑客户订单满足率尽可能大的情形下,以总库存成本(订购成本+采购成本+缺货惩罚成本)最小、客户订单满足率最大为目标函数,建立价格波动的面向订单企业原材料库存优化模型,在此基础上设计时间复杂性为O(n7)的近似算法CA(其中n为原材料个数),然后分析算法CA的近似比。最后利用此模型结合采购实际进行实例分析,验证了模型和算法的有效性。For the optimization of raw material inventory for the order-oriented enterprises with price fluctuation, consider?ing the case that the customer order fulfillment rate is as large as possible, this paper establishes a raw material inventory optimi?zation model for order-oriented enterprises based on the objective function of the minimum total inventory cost(order cost + pur?chase cost + punishment cost for stock out) and the maximum customer order fulfillment rate, on the basis of which the approxi?mate algorithm CA with time complexity to be O(n7) is designed to solve the enterprise procurement plan(where n is the number of raw materials). And then the approximate ratio of the algorithm CA is analyzed. Finally, the paper verifies the validity of the model and the algorithm by an example analysis based on the procurement practice.
