摘　　要：目的采用自拟的四肢恶性肿瘤患者保肢术后运动康复治疗策略,观察运动康复治疗策略对不同保肢术式患者功能恢复的效果。方法选择本院2014年1月至2017年12月实施肢体恶性骨肿瘤保肢手术者47例,按术式分成异体骨移植、自体骨移植、复合重建3组,分别观察各组患者实施运动康复治疗前与后3、6、12个月后,FMA中上下肢部分量表评分结果比较差异。结果异体骨移植组患者治疗3、6个月后,上下肢FMA评分与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义,12个月后上下肢FMA评分与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),自体骨移植组、复合重建组患者上下肢FMA评分治疗3、6、12个月后均与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.001)。结论自拟的四肢恶性肿瘤患者保肢术后运动康复治疗策略有利于提高保肢术患者肢体功能的恢复,且其功能恢复的效果与保肢术式有关。Objective To evaluate the effect of exercise rehabilitation therapy on functional recovery of patients with different limb salvage procedures by using self-made exercise rehabilitation strategies for limbs in patients with malignant tumors of extremities. Methods 47 patients with limb salvage surgery were performed from January 2014 to December 2017. All patients were divided into three groups according to the procedure:allogeneic bone transplantation, autologous bone transplantation and composite reconstruc. Different of the scored by the FMA for the upper and lower limbs were observed before and after treatment 3, 6 and 12 months. Results 3 and 6 months after treatment, the FMA scores of upper and lower extremities were not significantly different compared with before treatment. The FMA scores of upper and lower extremities after treatment 12 months were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.01). There were significant differences between the autologous bone graft group and the composite reconstruction group in the FMA scores of the upper and lower extremities after treatment 3, 6 and 12 months(P<0.01, P<0.001). Conclusion The self-contained motor rehabilitation treatment strategy for limb malignant tumors is beneficial to improve the recovery of limb function in patients with limb salvage surgery, and the effect of functional recovery is related to limb salvage surgery.
