微创拔牙刀结合高速涡轮牙钻拔牙法在下颌近中阻生智齿拔除术的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探索微创拔牙刀结合高速涡轮牙钻拔牙法在下颌近中阻生智齿拔除术的效果。方法选取2016年3月至2017年3月期间本院下颌近中阻生智齿拔除术100例患者,抽签化分组,即50例每组,对照组和观察组分别采用传统拔牙法和微创拔牙刀结合高速涡轮牙钻拔牙法治疗。结果观察组患者的并发症发生率(2.00%)、治疗后24小时疼痛评分(2.45±0.35)分、治疗后72 h疼痛评分(1.01±0.05)分、张口受限度(3.16±1.44)mm、肿胀度(14.78±2.66)mm、手术时间(13.17±1.38)min、满意度(98.00%)均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对下颌近中阻生智齿拔除术患者实施微创拔牙刀结合高速涡轮牙钻拔牙法治疗效果显著。Objective To explore the effect of minimally invasive extraction knife combined with high-speed turbine tooth extraction method in the extraction of mandibular proximal and middle impacted wisdom teeth. Methods One hundred patients with mandibular proximal and middle-effect impacted wisdom teeth extraction from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected. The grouping was performed in 50 groups, ie, 50 patients in each group. The control group and the observation group used traditional tooth extraction. The method and the minimally invasive extraction knife are combined with the high-speed turbine tooth extraction method. Results The incidence of complications in the observation group(2.00%), pain score at 24 hours after treatment(2.45±0.35), pain score at 72 hours after treatment(1.01±0.05), and mouth limitation(3.16±1.44) mm. The degree of swelling(14.78±2.66)mm, operation time(13.17±1.38)min, and satisfaction(98.00%) were superior to the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The minimally invasive extraction knife combined with the high-speed turbine tooth extraction method is effective in the treatment of mandibular proximal impacted wisdom tooth extraction.
