牙体牙髓正畸联合处理恒上前牙龈下牙折的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的评价牙体牙髓正畸联合处理恒上前牙龈下牙折的疗效。方法对80例恒上前牙龈下牙折患者随机分为两组,各40例,对照组采取常规牙周去除修复治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采取牙体牙髓正畸联合处理。比较两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率95%高于对照组总有效率72.5%,治疗后疼痛VAS评分低于对照组,不良反应发生率2.5%低于对照组17.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论牙体牙髓正畸联合处理恒上前牙龈下牙折疗效确切,外形修复良好,值得临床推广并使用。Objective To evaluate the curative effect of combined edullary orthodontic treatment of permanent anterior gingival fracture.Methods 80 patients with permanent anterior gingival and lower teeth fracture were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases each. The control group was treated with conventional periodontal removal and repair, and the observation group was treated with combined treatment of dental pulp orthodontics on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95% higher than that of the control group(72.5%), the VAS score of pain after treatment was lower than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 2.5% lower than that of the control group(17.5%). The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of dental pulp orthodontics with permanent anterior gingival and inferior gingival fracture has definite curative effect and good shape repair, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
