摘 要:补强圈和壳体在载荷作用下会产生一定的相对位移和转动进而产生接触压力,接触压力会对补强结构应力分布产生显著的影响。基于有限元法,采用非线性接触分析对补强圈与壳体之间的接触特性和应力变化进行分析并得出了结论:接触压力是真实存在的、且随内压的增加而逐渐增大,内压单独作用下最大总应力出现在接管根部;温度场耦合作用且温差达到一定值时,接触压力显著增大,最大总应力位置变化至外焊缝位置中间段;初始间隙的存在会影响接触压力的大小,但对总应力值几乎无影响。Contact pressure will be produced due to relative displacement and rotation of the reinforcement ring and shell under loads,and the contact pressure will have significant influence on stress distribution of the structure of the reinforcement ring.In this paper,the characteristics of contact between the reinforcement ring and the shell structure and stress variation were analyzed using nonlinear contact analysis based on the finite element method,and it was concludes that: the contact pressure actually exists and increases gradually with the increase of internal pressure,and the maximum total stress appears at root of nozzle.When there exists the coupling effect of temperature field and the temperature difference reaches a certain value,the contact pressure increases significantly,and the position of maximum total stress shifts to the middle section of the position of outer weld.The presence of initial gap will affect the magnitude of contact pressure,but has little influence on the value of total stress.
