摘 要:采用真空吸滤工艺制备耐火纤维板坯体,并分别使用微波干燥工艺和热风干燥工艺进行干燥,研究了两种干燥工艺对耐火纤维板性能的影响。结果表明:1)微波干燥纤维板在800和1 000℃时的热导率略低于热风干燥纤维板的。2)微波干燥纤维板的耐压强度、断面硬度和磨后表面硬度均大于热风干燥纤维板的,但磨前表面硬度显著小于热风干燥纤维板的。3)热风干燥纤维板厚度方向的干燥收缩显著高于微波干燥纤维板的,但面方向的干燥收缩则略小于微波干燥纤维板的,表明微波干燥纤维板面方向和厚度方向的收缩相对均匀;微波干燥纤维板在1 000℃加热12 h后的烧后收缩大于热风干燥纤维板的。4)微波干燥和热风干燥所用时间分别为18 min和16 h,微波干燥速度远大于热风干燥的,这导致微波干燥过程中迁移到纤维板表面的硅溶胶比热风干燥的少,干燥后纤维板中硅溶胶的分布比热风干燥纤维板的更均匀,进而导致其硬度分布更加均匀。5)微波干燥纤维板中硅溶胶呈薄片状分布在纤维之间,热风干燥纤维板的则呈点状附着在纤维上。Refractory fiber green boards were prepared by vacuum filtrating process and dried by microwave drying and hot air drying,respectively.Effects of the two drying processes on the properties of refractory fiber board were studied.The results show that:(1)the thermal conductivity of microwave-dried fiber board at 800℃and 1 000℃is slightly lower than that of the hot air-dried fiber board.(2)The microwave-dried fiber board has higher crushing strength,cross-section hardness and surface hardness after abrasiving,but obviously lower surface hardness before abrasiving than the hot-air dried fiber board.(3)The drying shrinkage in the thickness direction of the hot air-dried fiber board is significantly higher than that in the microwave-dried fiber board,but the drying shrinkage in the surface direction of the hot air-dried one is slightly lower than that in the microwave-dried one,meaning that the shrinkage of the microwave-dried fiber board is relatively uniform in directions of surface and thickness.The shrinkage of microwave-dried fiber board heated at 1 000℃for 12 h is higher than that of hot air-dried fiber board.(4)The microwave drying and hot air drying time is 18 min and 16 h,respectively,the microwave drying speed is much higher than that of hot air drying,leading to less silica sol migrating to the surface of fiber board during microwave drying than that of hot air drying.The distribution of silica sol in fiber board after microwave drying is more uniform than that of hot air-dried fiber board,leading to more uniform hardness distribution.(5)The silica sol in the microwave-dried fiber board distributes between the fibers in flake shape,but adheres on the fiber in punctate in hot air-dried fiber board.
