摘　　要：目的比较对肿瘤标志物CYFRA21-13种检测方式在区分肺炎和肺部肿瘤方面的效果。方法随机抽取2017年3月至12月到江西省胸科医院就诊的普通肺炎病人82例、诊断为肺部肿瘤的患者80例、门诊健康体检的80例志愿者作为研究对象,对其血样使用荧光定量PCR、ELISA和Western Blot等技术手段检测肿瘤标志物CYFRA21-1,统计分析所得结果,比较不同检测方式在区分肺炎和肺部肿瘤方面的效果。结果肺炎组及肺部肿瘤组与健康对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);同时肺炎组及肺部肿瘤组比较结果:CYFRA21-1的ELISA检测结果 P值为0.0193,t值为2.415;PCR检测结果P值小于0.0001,t值为4.340;Western Blot检测结果 P值小于0.0001,t值为4.898。结论荧光定量PCR和Western Blot检测血样的血液细胞中肿瘤标志物CYFRA21-1的表达情况在区分肺炎和肺部肿瘤方面的效果好于ELISA检测。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of 3 detection methods of CYFRA21-1 on distinguishing between pneumonia and lung tumor. Methods Randomly select blood samples of 82 pneumonia patients,80 lung tumor patients and 80 volunteers for physical examination in outpatient department in Jiangxi chest hospital from March to December in 2017 for experiment. Levels of the tumor marker CYFRA21-1 were detected by RT-PCR、ELISA and Western Blot,and the results were analysed with t-test to investigate the effectiveness on distinguishing between pneumonia and lung tumor. Results The difference between pneumonia group and lung tumor group was statistically significant compared with healthy control group (P<0.01). P value of the ELISA result of detecting CYFRA21-1 was 0.0193,and t value was 2.415. P value of the PCR result was less than 0.0001,and t value was 4.340. P value of the Western Blot result was was less than 0.0001,and t value was 4.898. Conclusion Q-PCR and Western Blot were better detection methods of the tumor marker CYFRA21-1 on distinguishing between pneumonia and lung tumor than ELISA.
