基于社会身份认同的学术创业者身份悖论整合研究

摘　　要：当前,在"大众创业,万众创新"的政策支持下,越来越多的学者和科研人员参与创业,学术创业受到了学术界和实业界的广泛关注。本文从社会身份认同的视角探讨学术创业者身份悖论整合机理及其对学术创业绩效的作用机理,并揭示创业叙事的调节作用。基于三阶段收集的248位学术创业者的问卷进行实证研究,研究结果表明:学者身份认同负向影响身份悖论整合,创业者身份认同、社会身份连续性促进身份悖论整合;身份悖论整合正向影响学术创业绩效;创业叙事正向调节创业者身份认同、社会身份连续性与身份悖论整合的关系,也正向调节身份悖论整合与学术创业绩效的关系。Nowadays,with the support of the policy of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation",more and more scholars and researchers are involved in entrepreneurship.Academic entrepreneurship has attracted wide attention from academia and industry.From the perspective of social identity,it investigated the mechanism of academic entrepreneur’s identity paradox integration and its effect on academic entrepreneurial performance,and explored the moderating effect of entrepreneurial narratives.Based on the 248 academic entrepreneurs’questionnaires collected in three stages,an empirical analysis was conducted.The results indicate that:scholar identification has a negative effect on identity paradox integration while entrepreneur identification and social identity continuity are positively related to identity paradox integration;identity paradox integration positively influences academic entrepreneurship performance;entrepreneurial narrative positively moderates the relationships between entrepreneur identification,social identity continuity and identity paradox integration,and also the relationship between identity paradox integration and academic entrepreneurship performance.
