摘　　要：20世纪英国古典大学的学院制变革,是古老的学院制传统在应对新时代挑战过程中实现的一次升华。在此期间,学院的自治权得到维护和发展,女子学院和研究生学院得以创建,学院导师制在导师角色和导师教学形式上呈现出多元化的发展趋势。英国古典大学学院制在20世纪的革新为深入理解大学传统提供了有益的启示:对大学传统的尊重是大学生命力的重要来源;对大学传统的继承和发展是大学改革的内在逻辑;实现大学传统与现代社会需求的统一是大学特色化成长的基本保障。The collegiate system of ancient English universities experienced a reformation in 20 th century for the purpose of coping with the challenges of the new era. During that period, autonomy of the college was maintained and developed;women s college was established;and the supervisors roles and teaching modes diversified. The reformation enlightened us in understanding the tradition and realizing the unification of tradition and modern social requirements.
