法律视角下高校贫困大学生隐私权保护研究

摘　　要：进入新时代,高校一方面措施有力,全力落实"精准资助";另一方面,由于受主客观条件的限制,也会出现贫困大学生隐私权被侵犯而得不到有效法律救援的案例。在通过梳理与高校贫困大学生隐私权保护相关的法律法规的基础上,可以发见贫困大学生隐私权保护的现实困境,进而提出保护贫困大学生隐私权的对策。In the new era, colleges and universities are striving for “Targeted Poverty Alleviation” with strong measures. On the other hand, due to limits of the subjective and objective conditions, there are cases where the privacy rights of impoverished college students are violated. The paper analyzes the realistic predicament of the protection of privacy right of impoverished college students and proposes some strategies and ideas for the protection of privacy right of impoverished college students through teasing out relevant laws and regulations regarding protection of privacy right of impoverished college students.
