益生菌发酵鲤鱼幼鱼粉状配合饲料发酵条件的研究

摘　　要：试验以鲤鱼幼鱼粉状配合饲料为原料,以枯草芽孢杆菌和酿酒酵母菌3:7为最佳接种比例,采用单因素试验筛选最佳发酵条件。试验结果表明:益生菌发酵鲤鱼幼鱼粉状配合饲料最佳发酵条件为:接种量5.00%、水分含量50.0%、发酵时间48 h、发酵温度34℃。在此试验条件下,测得发酵产物中真蛋白含量较未发酵组相比显著提高。The experiment used the juvenile carp powdered compound feed as raw material, the Bacillus subtilis and Saccharomyces cerevisiae(inoculation proportion was 3:7) as fermenting microbe.The optimal fermentation conditions were selected through single factor test. The results showed that the optimum fermentation conditions for the probiotics juveniles carp formula feed were as follows: inoculum amount 5.00%, moisture content 50.0%,fermentation time 48 h and fermentation temperature 34 ℃.Under the experimental condition, the true protein content in the fermentation product can be improved significantly.
