摘　　要：以热处理行业“十三五”发展规划要求企业开展技术创新和提升从业人员的素质为背景,通过实地走访与信函交流方式,统计分析了目前国内企业对热处理专业人员的需求、企业期待热处理专业人才所需具备的专业知识及其它素质要求。在此基础上,以培养优秀的热处理技术人员为出发点,在人才培养目标、课程设置、教学模式改革、专业师资配置及任职要求、专业实验实训资源配置方面进行了探讨并提出合理建议。Based on the requirement of technology innovation and promoting employee quality during during the 13th five year plan,the domestic enterprise demands for the quantity and quality for the technician talents in heat treatment major have been presented through making investigation by two methods including field-visit and letter-exchange in this article.Furthermore,in order to cultivate more talents in heat treatment major,some suggestions on training target,curriculum,teaching mode reform,qualified teacher distribution and qualification and professional experimental training resource allocation have been listed.
