摘 要:钻爆法施工是我国隧道施工的主要方法,锚护作业是钻爆法施工的关键环节,锚杆台车是锚护作业的主要施工机械。为解决锚杆台车在山岭隧道便道及洞内行驶转向系统不灵敏、转向精度差、转向打滑等问题,通过对转向系统进行理论分析计算,设计一种隧道锚杆台车转向系统,加工制造隧道锚杆台车并进行试验。试验结果表明:隧道锚杆台车转型系统操作灵敏,精度高,可以有效避免打滑现象。Drilling and blasting construction is the main method of tunnel construction. Anchor protection is the key link of drilling and blasting construction, and anchor trolley is the main construction machinery of anchor protection. In order to solve the problems of insensitive steering system,poor steering accuracy and slippery steering of anchor trolley in mountain tunnels,a tunnel anchor trolley steering system was designed by theoretical analysis and calculation,and the tunnel anchor trolley was manufactured and tested. The test results show that the transition system of tunnel anchor trolley is sensitive to operation,high precision and can effectively avoid skidding.
