乡镇交通管理问题及对策研究——以Q镇为例

摘　　要：伴随新型城镇化建设的不断推进,乡镇经济、文化也踏上了蓬勃发展的道路。良好的乡镇交通不仅是推助乡镇经济、文化发展的催化剂,也是城镇化建设可持续发展的有效保障。文章通过实证分析Q镇交通管理现状,发现存在乡镇道路难以承载机动车增长的压力、汽车尾气污染问题凸显、乡镇交管体制不健全、驾驶员交通安全意识淡薄、交通违章现象频发等问题,最终结合乡镇交通的特点及存在问题提出解决对策。With the continuous advancement of new urbanization construction, township economy and culture have also embarked on the road of vigorous development. Good Township transportation is not only a catalyst to promote the economic and cultural development of towns, but also an effective guarantee for the sustainable development of urbanization construction. Through the analysis of traffic management in Q Town, the paper finds that there are some problems such as the difficulty of township roads to bear the pressure of motor vehicle growth, the prominent problem of automobile exhaust pollution, the imperfect township traffic management system, the weak awareness of drivers' traffic safety, and frequent traffic violations. Finally, the paper puts forward some countermeasures based on the characteristics and existing problems of township traffic.
