摘 要:分析讨论当前国内汽车车灯改装的现状;考虑到车灯是汽车信号安全装置,就车灯灯罩熏黑不同方式展开分析;采用市面上最为广泛的贴膜熏黑与喷漆熏黑方式对车灯进行改装,检测其在熏黑之前与熏黑之后的配光性能,对比配光值的变化,分析总结不同的熏黑方案对配光性能的影响。试验结果表明:相比未改装灯具,熏黑后其透光率基本都在50%以下,对光强起到很大的衰减作用。The current status of internal automotive lamp refitting was analyzed and discussed.Considering that automotive lamp is safety device of the car,different ways of blackened automotive lamp were analyzed.The automotive lamps were modified with the most widely used film blackened and painting blackened methods in the market.The light distribution performance before and after blackening was tested.The changes in light distribution values were compared,and the effects of different blackening schemes on the light distribution performance were analyzed and summarized.The experimental results show that compared with the unmodified lamps,the light transmittance after blackening is basically below 50%,which has a great attenuation effect on the light intensity.
