摘　　要：目的评价鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合联合置管术治疗慢性泪囊炎的效果。方法回顾性分析2007年1月至2017年12月收治的慢性泪囊炎24例(24只眼)的临床资料。所有患者采用鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术进行治疗。术中留置支撑管,3个月后拔管,观察治疗效果。结果术后随访6~24个月,治愈19只眼,好转4只眼,总有效率为95. 8%。结论鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合联合置管术治疗慢性泪囊炎疗效良好。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy combined with stent intubation in the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis. Methods The data of 24 eyes of 24 cases with chronic dacryocystitis from Jan. 2007 to Dec. 2017 were analyzed retrospectively. All cases were treated by endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy combined with stent intubation. The stent was removed at 3 months after surgery. The efficacy was observed. Results Nineteen eyes were cured and 4 eyes achieved symptomatic relief, the total effective rate was 95. 8%. Conclusion Endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy combined with stent intubation is effective for the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis.
