摘　　要：目的:分析巨块型原发性肝癌患者经导管肝动脉栓塞化疗(TACE)后发热的影响因素。方法:将2016年12月～2018年12月期间收治的51例巨块型原发性肝癌患者作为研究对象,回顾分析TACE术前、术后血液指标中影响介入术后发热(PEF)的因素。结果:单因素分析显示血小板、总胆红素、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶对PEF无显著影响,TACE术后白细胞、中性粒细胞及白蛋白对PEF有显著影响,逐步多元回归分析显示白蛋白是影响TACE术后发热的唯一因素(P<0.05)。结论:巨块型原发性肝癌患者TACE术后血清白蛋白降低是术后发热的影响因素,临床可根据上述因素给予针对性处理,提高患者的生存质量。Objective To analyze the influencing factors of fever in patients with massive primary hepatocellular carcinoma after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE).Method 51 patients with massive primary hepatocellular carcinoma admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects.The factors influencing fever(PEF)after interventional therapy were analyzed retrospectively in blood indexes before and after TACE.Results Univariate analysis showed that all blood parameters before TACE had no significant effect on PEF.Leukocyte,neutrophil and albumin had significant effect on PEF after TACE.Stepwise multiple regression analysis showed that albumin was the only factor affecting fever after TACE(P<0.05).Conclusion The decrease of serum albumin after TACE in patients with massive primary cancer is the influencing factor of fever after TACE.Clinical treatment based on the above factors can improve the quality of life of patients.
