摘　　要：目的探讨肺癌患者CT图像特征与其分子生物学指标Ki-67、人类上皮生长因子受体2 (CerbB-2)之间的关系。方法回顾性分析107例经病理证实为肺癌患者的CT图像表现及石蜡切片,分析CT图像特征与Ki-67、CerbB-2之间的关系。结果肺癌组织中Ki-67阳性表达率为81.21%(87/107),CerB-2阳性表达率为73.83%(79/107),两者表达呈正相关关系(r=0.264,P=0.001)。坏死空洞、毛刺征象、深分叶征象与肺癌Ki-67和CerB-2表达有相关性(P<0.05)。多因素Cox回归分析结果,影响肺癌患者预后独立因素包括CerB-2蛋白(+++)表达(P=0.002)、Ki-67蛋白(+++)表达(P=0.006)、毛刺征象(P=0.036)、深分叶征象(P=0.001)和坏死空洞(P=0.002)。结论肺癌CT图像的某些表现与肺癌组织中Ki-67及CerbB-2阳性表达有关联。Objective To explore the correlation of CT signs with Ki-67 and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (CerbB-2) in patients with lung cancer. Methods The CT signs and paraffin sections of 107 lung cancer were analyzed retrospectively. The correlation of CT signs with the expressions of Ki-67 and CerbB-2 were analyzed. Results The positive rate of Ki-67 and CerbB-2 in lung cancer tissue were 81.21%(87/107) and 73.83%(79/107), respectively. The expressions of Ki-67 and CerbB-2 were positively correlated ( r=0.264, P =0.001).There was obvious relationship between the necrosis signs, burr signs, deep lobular signs and the expression of Ki-67 and CerB-2 ( P< 0.05). The results of multivariate Cox regression analysis showed that CerB-2 (■)( P =0.002), Ki-67 (■)( P =0.006), burr signs ( P =0.036), deep lobular signs ( P =0.001), and necrosis signs ( P =0.002) were independent prognostic factors of lung cancer. Conclusion There is significant correlation between some CT signs of lung cancer and the positive expressions of CerB-2 and Ki-67 in lung cancer tissues.
