摘 要:根据液压伺服系统基本原理,运用传递函数的方法建立了数控精密校直机液压伺服系统的数学模型.以Matlab/simulink软件为开发工具,对系统的动态性能进行深入分析,并对影响液压伺服系统动态性能的主要因素进行总结.通过动态分析使数控精密校直机液压伺服系统动态性能得到优化,进而有效地提高了设备工作效率,也为数控精密校直机液压伺服系统的研究提供了一种精确、便捷和高效的分析方法.According to the basic principle of the hydraulic-servo system, the mathematical model of the hydraulic-servo system of NC precision machine was build up by using the method of transfer function. Taking the software of Matlab/simulink as development tool, the dynamic performance of the system is totally analyzed, and a summarization of main factors affecting the dynamic performance of the hydraulic servo system is made. The dynamic performance of hydraulic servo system of NC precision straightening machine is optimized through dynamic analysis, and its working efficiency of the machine is improved effectively. Meanwhile it provides an accurate, convenient and efficient way to analyze the hydraulic-servo system of the NC precise straightening machine.
