摘  要:目的:对比研究选择性釉质酸蚀结合自酸蚀模式和传统全酸蚀模式对楔状缺损充填效果影响。方法:纳入楔状缺损患牙271颗,随机分成2组,对照组148颗患牙采用传统全酸蚀模式,试验组123颗患牙应用选择性釉质酸蚀结合自酸蚀模式。2组患牙均选用3M Filter Z350XT流体树脂进行充填。于治疗后1周、1个月和6个月随访。记录患牙的敏感度情况和充填体成功的患牙数。用SPSS 19.0软件卡方检验和确切概率方法进行统计学分析。结果:无失访病例。楔状缺损充填后1周、 1个月及6个月随访。对照组患牙牙本质过敏症均多于试验组(χ~2=49.906 8,χ~2=15.620 4,P<0.05), 6个月充填体的失败率分别是3.4%和0.8%(P>0.05)。结论:选择性酸蚀模式可以降低楔状缺损树脂充填后的牙本质过敏症。Objective:To compare the effects of filling therapy for wedged shape defect(WSD)between selectively etching enamel combined with self-etching and traditional total-etching mode.Methods:271 teeth with WSD were included and divided into 2 groups randomly.The teeth in control group(n=148)were subjected to total-etching mode,those in the trial group received the selectively etching enamel combined with self-etching mode.All the teeth were filled with 3 M 350 XT flowable resin.The hypersensitivity and successful rate of filling were recorded 7 days,1 month and 6 months after treatment.The data were analyzed by chi-square test and exact fisher test with SPSS 19.0 soft ware.Results:During the follow-up period,the treated teeth with hypersensitivity in the control group were more than those in trial group(χ^2=49.9068,χ^2=15.620 4,P<0.05),the failure rate in the control group and the trial group were 3.4%and 0.8%respectively(P>0.05).Conclusion:The selectively etching enamel combined with self-etching mode may reduce the hypersensitivity of the teeth with WSD after filling.
