创新创业教育背景下经济法课程教学改革

摘　　要：我国大学生自主创业的比例平稳上升,但是创业法律教育的缺失成为大学生创业成功的一个阻碍因素。本文以经济法课程为例,分析经济法课程作为一门传统专业课程,如何适应创新创业教育的需要,通过全方位的课程改革,将创新创业教育融入经济法课程教学过程中,增强学生的法律意识,为大学生创业提供创业法律知识的普及和储备。In recent years, the proportion of self-employed college students rises steadily.However, the lack of entrepreneurial law education has become a hindrance factor for college students' entrepreneurial success.This article takes the economic law course as an example,analyzes how to adapt economic law courses to the requirements of innovation and entrepreneurship education.Integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education into the teaching process of economic law through a comprehensive curriculum reform,enhance students' legal awareness and provide the popularization and reserve of entrepreneurial legal knowledge for college students' entrepreneurship.
