摘  要:随着高校教学改革的深入发展,高等院校应该转变教育思想来发展体育教育,来适应学生的素质发展需求,让教育理念注入新的血液,与时俱进,以保证实现教学目标,改善教学效果。探讨将激励式阶梯教学模式引入高校体育乒乓球课中,可以很大程度上提高课堂教学水平及教学效果。建议在高等院校体育的乒乓球课的教学中推广应用。With the deepening development of teaching reform in colleges and universities,colleges and universities should properly change their educational ideas to develop physical education,to meet the needs of students’quality development,to inject new blood into educational ideas,to keep pace with the times,so as to ensure the realization of teaching objectives and improve teaching effects.In this situation,the author explored how to introduce the incentive ladder teaching mode into college sports table tennis class.It can greatly improve the level of classroom teaching and teaching effect.It is suggested that the teaching of table tennis in colleges and universities should be popularized and applied.
