摘 要:教育部2017年颁发的《中小学综合实践活动课程指导纲要》是我国综合实践活动课程实施的指导性文件。与2001年启动新课改期间制定的旧版纲要相比,新版纲要在内容架构、综合实践活动定义、基本理念、目标、内容、实施以及管理与保障等方面的阐述,都与旧版纲要有所不同,展示出面向实际问题、注重整体规划、突出发展要素、强调保障支撑的特点。新版纲要为我国综合实践活动课程的“再出发”提供了契机。The Guiding Outlines for the Curriculum of Comprehensive Practical Activities in Primary and Secondary Schools issued by the Ministry of Education in September 2017 is a policy guidance document that guides the implementation of comprehensive practical activity curriculum in China. Compared with the old version of 2001, the newest guidance has some differen expression in many aspects such as the content structure, the 44 definitionof comprehensive practical activities, the descriptions of “basic concept”,“target”,“content”,“implementation” and “management and support”. It has four characteristics: facing the actual problems, paying attention to the overall planning, highlighting the development of elements and emphasizing the systems of the support. The new guiding outline is of great significance to the implementation of comprehensive practical activity curriculum in China in a standardized and orderly way. It provides an opportunity for China's comprehensive practice activity curriculum to “set off again”.
