摘 要:木结构建筑构件设计方法多种多样,但仍有标准化、模块化和信息化等亟待解决的问题。文中通过分析木结构建筑构件及三维数字化设计现状,指出现存木构件设计存在的问题,论述基于三维数字化技术的木构件设计优势及对木结构研究与发展的积极影响;总结木结构建筑构件三维数字化设计方法及流程,在一定规则和标准下采用三维绘图技术完善设计体系,通过对木构件进行三维建模、模块化设计和有限元分析及优化,以提高生产效率并促进行业发展。Although there are diverse methods to design the timber components of wood structure building, there are still many problems needed to be solved, such as the standardization, modularization and informatization.This study points out the problems rising in the design for the timber components after the analysis of components of wood structure building and its 3 D digital design, and discusses the advantages of modular design of timber components based on 3 D digital technology and their positive impact on wood structure research and development.Accordingly, the method and process of 3 D digital design of timber components are summarized for adopting 3 D drawing technology under certain rules and standards to improve the design system, and improving the production efficiency and promote the development of wood building industry through three dimensional modeling, modular design and finite element analysis and optimization of timber component.
