摘　　要：文章通过对中国语境下大学行政权力生成的法理基础、大学行政权力的显著特征与核心构成等问题解析,以大学行政权力的公益性、扩张性、强制性为切入点,概括了大学行政权力五个内涵层面,并提出大学行政权力行使的不当性可能及权力过度集中所带来的资源诉求环境上的异化可能、权力肆意滥用所带来的资源和力量内耗的可能等两类表现形式和负面影响,在此基础上提出大学行政权力的应然性结构安排。Based on the analysis of the legal basis of the formation of university administrative power in Chinese context, the prominent characteristics and core composition of university administrative power, this paper takes the commonweal, expansionary and compulsory nature of university administrative power as the starting point, and summarizes the five connotations of university administrative power, and puts forward the possibility of improper exercise of university administrative power and the possibility of alienation in the vironment of resource appeal brought by excessive concentration of power. There are two forms of expression and negative effects, such as the possibility of internal friction of resources and forces brought about by wanton abuse of power, and on the basis of which, the necessary structural arrangement of university administrative power is put forward.
