摘  要:本文在对河北省高校技术工人待遇的现状进行详细调研的基础上,利用管理学中的激励理论,建立高校技术工人绩效工资模型,提高基础性绩效标准和一般奖励性绩效系数。同时,大力弘扬工匠精神,使高校技术工人获得更多职业荣誉感,不断提高技术工人经济和社会地位。Based on the detailed investigation of the status quo of the treatment of technical workers in colleges and universities in Hebei Province,this paper uses the incentive theory in management to establish a performance salary model for technical workers in colleges and universities,and to improve the basic performance standards and general incentive performance coefficients.At the same time,vigorously promote the spirit of craftsmen,so that technical workers in colleges and universities can gain sense of professional honor and continuously improve the economic and social status of skilled workers.
