摘  要:为了提高臭氧发生器高频高压逆变电源的动态性和鲁棒性,在电源主电路放电模态分析的基础上,设计了一款基于μ分析综合法的H_∞控制器。通过分析H_∞控制下移相电源的调节特性,给出了理论推导和仿真、实验操作结果。结果表明,采用μ分析法的H_∞控制臭氧发生器电源不仅能够实现系统的稳定性与跟随性,而且能够克服参数摄动和负载扰动对系统造成的不良影响,因此有利于工程实际的借鉴使用。To augment the dynamics and robustness in the high-frequency and high-voltage inverter power supply of ozonizer,the H∞controller withμanalytical synthesis method is introduced to the power system in the light of the discharge mode analysis on the main power circuit.By means of expounding the main regulating characteristics of phase-shifting power circuit under the H∞control,the theoretical derivations,as well as the emulational and experimental verdicts,are acquired.The result evinces that the H∞controller withμanalysis on the power system of ozonizer is in a position to pull off the sound stability and tracking property,furthermore,and to subdue the undesirable influence caused by the parameters perturbation and the load disturbance,consequently,which is propitious to the reference for engineering practice.
