摘　　要：以常州港录安洲港区散货泊位改扩建工程为背景,结合已建工程水域、陆域实际情况,对新建工程的装卸工艺系统和总平面布置进行多方案设计、对比和分析,从而确定更加科学、合理、经济的装卸工艺和总平面布置方案,可为类似改扩建工程提供参考。Based on the reconstruction and expansion project of bulk cargo berths in the Luanzhou Port Area of Changzhou Port,the handling technology system and general layout of the new project are designed,compared and analyzed according to the actual situation of the water and land areas of the constructed projects.Through the above research,a more scientific,reasonable and economical handling technology and general layout plan are determined,which can provide a reference for similar reconstruction and expansion projects.
